Triton is a European investment firm focused on the mid-market, with a strong emphasis on operational improvement. Founded in 1997, it has raised more than €25 billion and made around 600 investments across Business Services, Industrial Technology and Healthcare.
The challenge
What needed solving
Running a large portfolio across several jurisdictions means a lot of process: investor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, time recording. Much of it ran on email, paperwork and manual hand-offs between teams - slow, error-prone and hard to audit.
Triton needed more than a software vendor. They needed a team that could think at scale: design, build and connect a suite of platforms - some internal, some used by investors and partners - that work as one ecosystem and meet the security, compliance and data-integrity standards of the investment industry.
This isn’t a project. It’s a partnership - and it’s still growing.
The solution
What we built
A dedicated six-person 2C team works embedded with Triton as its engineering partner. Over three years we have built and maintained more than ten connected platforms - each one database-driven, role-aware and integrated with the rest.
The platforms are built with JavaScript on Neptune Software and PostgreSQL. Some are internal, some are used by investors and partners - and all of them are integrated.
AML investor onboarding
A questionnaire that adapts to each investor’s answers, document generation and e-signing, and strict permissions - so the AML team reviews, requests information and approves in one place.
