BLCK is an innovative Swiss company that set out to run its business processes fully on a blockchain network, for the security, transparency and efficiency it brings.
The challenge
What needed solving
Moving a business fully onto a blockchain network means building a whole ecosystem at once: e-wallets on web and mobile, a public explorer for blockchain data, a back office to run it all, and a backend to hold it together.
Each part had to be secure and reliable on its own, and work as one with the rest.
No separate testers - on purpose. We vouched for the quality ourselves and put that budget into speed.

A four-person 2C team - three engineers and a tech lead - worked directly with the client’s founders and built the entire ecosystem.
We chose not to add separate testers. The engineers vouched for the quality themselves, and the budget went into moving faster instead.
